A certified Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) checks the device for proper function using calibrated equipment. We verify pressure, valves, seals, and overall operation to ensure it meets state standards.

Not usually. If your device is outside and accessible, you don’t need to be home. If it is behind a locked gate or inside the building, we will coordinate access with you.

If it fails, don’t worry — we’ll explain exactly what’s wrong and provide repair options. Many failures are small issues like worn rubber parts or debris. We can retest the assembly after repairs to ensure compliance.
